Q: How about your sample time and it's payment?
A: Usually, it takes 4-7 days to make the samples, the payment of the sample could be refunded when main order placed.
Q: How's your MOO?
A: 100 pcs
Q: How long is your delivery time for big order?
A: For big order, we need about 30-45 days. We can deliver within 20-25 days, but only for very urgent ones.
Q: What about the shipping port?
A: Cat Lai seaport, HCM City by sea
Tan Son Nhat airport, HCM City by air
Or by DHL, EMS, and UPS for samples.
Q: How about payment?
A: We accept 50% for deposit to proceed producing, then 50% balance before shipment. For big order (over 1000 pcs), we need 70% deposit.
